How long we keep information

Data is kept during our contract so that services can be maintained and delivered. Website analytics and visitor data is retained for 14 months after your last website interaction. Data required by law to be maintained for compliance purposes will be stored for seven years in total.

Who we share information with

Data processors:

Formspark

This data processor does the following activities for us: Receives and relays contact form queries. In addition, they track, provide analytics and offer spam prevention for messages sent.

FreeAgent

This data processor does the following activities for us: Accounting software service that allows us to track quotes, invoices and manage client projects amongst its core accounting services.

Google Analytics

This data processor does the following activities for us: Analytics platform that allows us to track website usage and about visitors. This is optional and requires your explicit consent.

We have a joint controller relationship with Google. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason: To provide and improve products and services for clients, and for the operation of client or customer accounts by utilising services such as Google Analytics and Workspace.

Others we share personal information with:

  1. - Organisations we’re legally obliged to share personal information with.

Sharing information outside the UK

Where necessary, we may transfer personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, we comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
